Santa Anita Assisted Living 5600 Gracewood Avenue Arcadia, CA 91780 716.325.1056 Position Overview The Admissions Coordinator serves as a key liaison between prospective patients and referring organizations . You will guide individuals through the admissions process, ensure all required documentation is complete, and provide hands-on support to facilitate a positive and seamless entry into Recuperative Care.
