We are seeking someone who is passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience while helping our practice provide outstanding dental care. About the Role The Patient Care Coordinator is a key member of our front office team and serves as an important connection between our patients, providers, and team members. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients with a warm, professional, and positive attitude Provide an exceptional patient experience from scheduling through checkout Answer phones, respond to patient questions, and manage patient communications Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Present treatment plans and help patients understand their recommended care Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment Coordinate new patient appointments and ensure a smooth onboarding experience Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related questions Collect payments, explain financial options, and maintain accurate account information Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate closely with dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and productive front office Support patient retention, recall, reactivation, and practice growth initiatives Protect patient confidentiality and follow all office policies and procedures What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Friendly, positive, and genuinely enjoys helping people Professional and confident when communicating with patients Highly organized and able to multitask Reliable, punctual, and accountable Comfortable discussing treatment and financial options A strong team player who takes initiative Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Comfortable learning dental software and office systems Experienced in a dental office preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Why Join Marsh Creek Dental?
