This role ensures provider files remain compliant with regulatory and accreditation standards while supporting timely appointments, reappointments, and privileging activities. Responsibilities Coordinate credentialing, recredentialing, and privileging for providers. Verify licenses, certifications, education, work history, malpractice coverage, and references. Maintain accurate credentialing records and monitor expiration dates. Prepare files for medical staff committee review. Communicate with providers, licensing boards, hospitals, and regulatory agencies. Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, NCQA, and organizational standards. Support accreditation surveys, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Associate's Degree. Minimum 3 years of credentialing/privileging experience in a medical setting. Flu vaccination required by 10/15/2026 (no exceptions or declinations). Knowledge of medical terminology. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed oral and written instructions. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. Previous clinical experience as a CNA, MA, or LVN .
Pay:
$32.00 - $35.00 per hour
