Full Job Description Job Summary:
This is an entry level job in the medical field. This individual is responsible for scheduling patients for their follow up appointments, checking in with patients about wait times, creating a comfortable, friendly rapport while interacting with them, quickly cleaning rooms after each patient, and for assisting patients in a myriad of tasks through the building. They will also be responsible for scanning health records into our electronic system.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bilingual preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to be assertive and confident when talking with patients.
- Able to work as a team player.
- Composure under pressure.
- Respectful treatment of patients and co-workers.
- The flexibility to go from one task to another when asked.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scheduling patients after their visit
- Maintaining accurate medical records
- Ensures patients are kept aware of wait times and potential delays
- Cleans/sanitizes rooms as patients leave
- Walks patients from one area of the building to another
- Assists patients with electronic check in process
