JOB SUMMARY

Under general supervision, the Patient Access Representative is responsible for securing and providing appropriate medical and/or behavioral business information to/from patient families and funding sources. Interprets, identifies, communicates, and documents this information by way of: registration and scheduling for patient services, in a team environment. Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

H.S. Diploma,GED,or Equivalent

Associate's Degree 1 Year of Experience 1 Year of Healthcare Experience Experience with Epic or Other EMR systems Experience with payment collection efforts Bilingual English/Spanish and/or other languages that meet business needs of the department The current salary range for this position is $23.00 to $30.27 Rady Children's Hospital is committed to compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable.
