In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking mental health and addiction services, guiding them through the admissions process with professionalism and empathy. Your expertise will help ensure seamless intake procedures, accurate documentation, and compliance with healthcare regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while working within a collaborative, fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence in care. Duties Conduct thorough patient intake interviews, gathering detailed clinical and demographic information to facilitate appropriate treatment placement Verify insurance coverage Review medical records and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with HIPAA confidentiality policies Assist patients with appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient use of clinic resources and adherence to clinical workflows Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems to document patient interactions accurately and maintain organized medical records Collaborate with clinical staff to develop individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient needs
Key Qualifications:
Experience in admissions and alumni support within behavioral health settings In-depth knowledge of levels of care: Detox, Residential, PHP, IOP Strong understanding of mental health and SUD primary care Proficient in handling insurance verifications and authorizations Experience using Kipu
EMR, CTM
(Call Tracking Metrics) and CRM. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Comfortable working on-siteExcellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office applications and multi- Must have RAD-T or SUDRC Must have reliable transportation Looking for shifts from 2pm-10:30pm Mon-Fri Join a team that values compassion, professionalism, and a client-centered approach to healing and recovery.
