5+ Years Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Epic Cadence & Prelude Consultant - Patient Access to lead transformation and optimization initiatives across patient access and patient engagement workflows. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Epic Prelude, Cadence, Referrals, MyChart, and Welcome modules, with strong experience in workflow optimization, healthcare operations, and patient experience improvement strategies. This role will work closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, improve patient experience, optimize data flow across Epic applications, and support strategic healthcare initiatives.
