Our practice is a busy oral surgery office. We not only change smiles - we transform lives. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a combined Patient & Treatment Coordinator . The ideal candidate must be fun, reliable, have superior communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong work ethic. Schedule & Location Full-time position Monday through Friday Danville, CA Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Opportunities for professional development and growth within the practice Health benefits package Paid time off and holiday pay Positive and supportive work environment Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in a customer service, receptionist, or treatment coordinator role in a dental or oral surgery office is preferred. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with strong abilities in negotiation and influencing. Comfortable and effective in discussing both treatment options and financials with patients. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in computer skills; experience with dental practice management software is a plus. Highly enthusiastic, supportive team player with a friendly and positive attitude. Strong ability to learn new skills and a teachable approach. Compassionate, caring, and committed to providing exceptional patient service. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well independently as well as part of a team. A cheerful attitude and a genuine smile are a must! Responsibilities Include Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the office. Manage patient appointments and maintain the office schedule to ensure efficient operations. Explain treatment options and associated costs to patients clearly and effectively. Facilitate financial discussions and payment plans with patients. Schedule treatments and manage follow-up appointments. Support marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain patients.
