We are a PT-owned orthopedic & sports medicine clinic located in El Segundo, minutes from the beach. We prioritize patient outcomes, clinical autonomy, and therapist sanity. Here is what daily life actually looks like at our clinic: True 1:1 Care (No Double-Booking): Dedicated 30 minute treatment and 45-60 minute evaluation sessions.
Reasonable Daily Caseload:
Average 12 patients/day (never 16+ per day). Experienced aides assist with flow. Cut Charting Time in
Half:
We utilize AI-powered documentation tools so you complete charts during your day—not on your couch at night.
Structured Mentorship:
Weekly 1:1 case reviews and guidance for new and recent grads. 19-
Year Established Rep:
Stable physician referral base and very low staff turnover. Key Responsibilities Provide individualized, evidence-based physical therapy evaluations and 1:1 treatments for sports, orthopedic, post-op, and optional TMJ/pediatric cases. Utilize advanced treatment modalities including BFR, Shockwave, Class IV Laser, Graston, TRX, and manual manipulation . Maintain clear clinical documentation using our streamlined AI documentation system. Collaborate with clinical team members and referring physicians.
Compensation & Perks Base Salary:
$97,000 - $115,000 / year (commensurate with experience)
Sign-On Bonus Clinical Instructor Stipend:
Earn an extra +$10/hour when hosting a student
