Personal Injury Intake Coordinator / Closer RA & Associates, APC | Glendale, CA Up to $35/hour + Bonus Opportunities RA & Associates, APC is a fast-growing personal injury law firm dedicated to helping injured clients receive the representation and justice they deserve. We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and results-driven Personal Injury Intake Coordinator / Closer to join our growing Intake Team. As the first point of contact for prospective clients , you will play an important role in the growth of our firm. This position is ideal for someone who knows how to connect with people, confidently evaluate potential personal injury cases, and turn qualified leads into retained clients while providing an exceptional client experience. Compensation & Schedule Up to $35/hour + bonuses Full-time, 40 hours per week 5-day workweek between Monday-Sunday 8-hour shifts; scheduled days may vary Bilingual English/Spanish required What You'll Do Handle incoming calls and inquiries from prospective personal injury clients. Build rapport with potential clients and gather key information regarding their claims. Evaluate potential cases based on the firm's intake criteria. Clearly and confidently explain the firm's services and the benefits of representation. Convert qualified prospective clients into retained clients. Follow up with prospective clients to maximize retention opportunities. Ensure retainers and required intake documentation are completed accurately and promptly. Maintain detailed notes and accurate records within the firm's case management system. Coordinate with Case Managers and other departments to ensure a smooth transition after retention. Provide every prospective client with a professional, compassionate, and responsive experience . What We're Looking For Prior law firm intake, closing, or personal injury experience required. Fluent/bilingual in English and Spanish required. Strong closing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Confident speaking with prospective clients and handling high-volume calls. Ability to communicate with empathy while remaining focused on retention. Strong follow-up skills and a results-driven mindset. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment .
