POSITION BENEFITS
Full-Time | Permanent Position (40 hours) A Top 5 Hospital in California, Top 25 in the Nation Non-Profit Hospital - Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Adults/Geriatrics | 8-10 Patients/Day | All 1:1 patient care with 45-60min evals 4 10's Schedule or 5 8's schedule Mentorship/Training | Interdisciplinary Rounds With Physician Staff Relocation Assistance + Sign-on Bonus 4.5+ Weeks of
PTO OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
Full-time permanent Acute Care position...the Acute Care team is the very heartbeat of this hospital. This Occupational Therapist will work with patients in the most critical state of their lives and have the opportunity to meet them in their need. Join a collaborative team of 10 PTs, 11 OTs, and 2 SLPs while getting to work with various ICU, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Stroke & Cardiac patient populations with the opportunity to work in NICU as well. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and a passion for patient-centered care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program An active California license or the ability to obtain one Open to new grads and experienced therapists Coachable and eager to grow Excellent communication skills across all levels Comfortable working with a team Acute Care experience preferred H1-B Visa Sponsorship is NOT available For immediate and confidential consideration, please submit a copy of your resume, and a recruiter will reach out to get to know you in detail.
