We are seeking a friendly and organized Patient Appointment Coordinator to make outbound calls to patients who need to schedule or reschedule appointments. You will support three offices but only need to be physically present at one location .

Responsibilities:

Call patients to schedule or confirm appointments Provide clear, professional communication Keep accurate records of all calls Coordinate with the dental team as needed

Qualifications:

Strong phone and communication skills Professional and patient-focused Detail-oriented and organized Dental office experience preferred but not required
