Your Skills:
Unencumbered CA RN license. BSN from an accredited program. Masters degree preferred. 3 years current home health, hospice or related health care experience with at least one (1) year of which was in a supervisory or administrative role Knowledge of relevant regulations and CHAP standards.
Your Responsibilities:
Coordinates and oversees all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical team. Provides guidance and counseling to coordinators and Clinical Managers to assist them in improving all aspects of home health or hospice care services. Assists Clinical Managers in managing clinical teams and planning. Hires, evaluates, and terminates organization personnel. Conducts periodic evaluations on clinicians, as needed. Oversight of patient clinical records, statistics, reports and records for purposes of evaluation and reporting. Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws. Oversight of the orientation program for new team members. Plans and implements quarterly team in-service and continuing education programs. Assures compliance with all local, state and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of organization personnel and, maintains compliance to the CHAP Home Care standards. Up to $160,000.00 per year
