GameDay Men's Health is hiring a Medical Office Assistant! The position is ideal for someone interested in being a part of a pioneering health program for men. (www.gamedaymenshealth.com). We have hundreds of patients who receive testosterone replacement therapy and other men's services throughout our many locations. Are you passionate about patient care? If so, we'd like to meet you! The Medical Office Assistant will be responsible for: Answer telephones and schedule new patient appointments. Complete all venipuncture of patients Perform laboratory duties including testing specimens and recording results in EHR. Administer testosterone, hcG, NAD+, Gonadorelin, and vitamin injections. Schedule follow-up appointments for injections and labwork. Complete training on MedTrainer, medication inventory software, Lobbie EMR, Gohigh Level CRM, and all other EHR systems and become a master at utilizing it. Under the supervision of Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner and Medical Director, assist in treating patients referred to the Clinic for hormone deficiencies and erectile dysfunction treatments. Call patients every 2 weeks to check on their progress. Ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently at all times by helping assist front desk duties when needed. Helping educate the patients on medication treatment programs alongside the direction of the mid-level onsite Attending local community events and ground marketing efforts with the team to help grow the practice. Complete medical histories and record vital signs, explain treatment procedures to patients, prepare patients for examination, and assist the physician assistant during the examination as needed. Oversee and complete all venipuncture (blood draws) and comply with state and local laws regarding health and safety. Assist in growing the clinic patient census/count Have an upbeat and positive attitude so that patients enter and leave the clinic feeling positive. Be a team player with a can-do attitude. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies. Conducts weekly training sessions for visiting franchisee clinic staff, as assigned by the General Manager.
