About the Role As a Patient Care and Sales Coordinator at Earth Compounding Pharmacy , you are the first voice our patients hear and a key part of how we deliver an exceptional experience from the first call to the final shipment. You will manage inbound and outbound patient communication, process prescriptions accurately, and proactively offer patients the options that best serve their health and their budget, including multi-month supply options where product expiration allows. What You Will Do Answer and make phone calls with professionalism, urgency, and genuine care for the patient Process prescriptions accurately, verifying addresses, quantities, expiration dates, and supply options before every order Proactively offer specials and multi-month supply options to patients when product expiration allows Communicate clearly and consistently with patients, providers, and teammates Take ownership of errors, correct them immediately, and apply the lesson going forward Support daily pharmacy operations with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy What We Are Looking For Strong communication skills and a willingness to pick up the phone and engage; this role requires high phone volume Exceptional attention to detail; mistakes in a pharmacy setting have real consequences for patients A sales mindset; you are comfortable offering options and guiding patients toward the best choice for their needs Accountability; you take correction well and do not repeat the same mistake twice A drive to learn, produce, and grow within one company over the long term Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic Compensation Base pay: $18.50 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience Eligible for commission after 90 days, with the with the potential to earn an additional $300 to $1,000 per month based on performance Hours Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Benefits Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance (Kaiser HMO or PPO) Paid sick time Vision insurance To apply: If you are serious about building a long-term career in a high-standard, patient-focused environment, apply today.
