Duration:
13 weeks
Shift:
Day (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 5 days/week) Key Responsibilities Interview patients and collect demographic and insurance information
Enter and maintain accurate patient records in the system
Verify insurance and assign appropriate insurance codes
Obtain required consents and authorizations
Provide front-desk and phone customer service
Coordinate with scheduling teams to meet departmental needs
Perform general clerical and administrative tasks Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
1-2+ years of:
Patient registration or hospital front desk experience
Clerical or administrative work
Strong:
Communication and interpersonal skills
Computer and data entry skills Work Environment Dress code: Business casual
Fast-paced Emergency Room (ER) setting
Requires multitasking and handling patients in urgent situations
