Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and confident Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! Someone who is willing to go above and beyond when it comes to intentional customer service but doesn't stop there

• someone who is willing to continue building rapport and relationships with our patients and community for years to come!

This is NOT an entry level role. We're looking for someone who can genuinely connect and grow within the team and community we've poured into for the past 11 years. You will serve as the patient advocate with proven experience in relationship building, leading conversion, and overall success of the practice.

• Able to present the value of care clearly and confidently while leading the conversation and guiding patients through recommendations for their care
