Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Patient Services Associate Lead, you will support our medical team by managing patient communications and administrative workflows so they can provide high-quality, efficient patient care. Every day you will manage the patient experience from check-in to check-out. You will perform essential administrative tasks, including answering phones, verifying insurance, scheduling appointments, processing referrals, and managing electronic health records with strict attention to data privacy. Job Requirements Required Three (3) years experience in an outpatient setting as a Medical Office Receptionist Successful completion of Patient and Financial Services Rep I and II, or equivalent experience Keyboarding skills and the ability to utilize computer equipment and software are required as is experience with other types of standard office equipment.
