Patient Services Representative Simi Valley, CA 93065 $25 - $28 Full-Time | Onsite | Contract InSync is currently seeking a reliable and patient-focused Patient Services Representative to join our team in Portland, OR. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service experience in a medical setting who is passionate about providing excellent patient care. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an outpatient clinic or medical office Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant certifications Experience with medical insurance, referrals, and benefit plans Proficiency with Epic systems within the last 12 months Strong ability to read, understand, and follow detailed instructions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, both in person and over the phone Greet patients and assist with questions, concerns, and issue resolution Check patients in and out, collect co-payments, issue receipts, and reconcile payments Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information in Epic Schedule appointments and complete patient registrations Process and track referrals and insurance authorizations Manage patient and provider correspondence Explain policies, procedures, and services clearly to patients Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace following department guidelines

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
