Offering $125,000 and up

DOE Director of Patient Care Services Opportunity:

Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5

Director of Patient Care Services Responsibilities:

Maintain adherence to state regulations, federal laws, and Medicare Conditions of Participation. Direct patient care plans, admissions, re-certifications, and multi-disciplinary case conferences. Lead a team of clinical staff and administrative support personnel. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and strong team collaboration. Oversee documentation accuracy, survey readiness, and interdisciplinary team communication.

Director of Patient Care Services Qualifications:

Must have an active and unencumbered RN License Must have at least 4 years of recent home health experience Must have previous management-level experience in home health, ideally at the manager, supervisor, or director level. Surrounding location and
