Our Orthodontic office is a Diamond Top 1% Invisalign provider, and has one of the highest reputations in the Bay Area. In order to maintain this position, we rely upon impeccable service to all of our patients as well as excellent treatment results. We strive to exceed the expectations of our patients and their families, referring dental offices, and everyone that we come into contact with. The ideal candidate is self managed, self motivated, results oriented and committed to providing excellent experiences for our new patients. This is a relationship building/sales position and is perfect for an ambitious, positive, focused and influential professional willing to go the extra mile. Ideal applicants will be those that possess the ability to exceed goals placed before them and embrace the Mission and Values of our practice. This position enjoys a high level of autonomy, responsibility, and accountability, working alongside the some of the best team members and doctors in orthodontics! Daily activities will include initial patient interviews, taking photographs, recording examination findings, presenting recommended treatment plans, discussing financial options, coordinating treatment with referring doctors if necessary, follow-up with future patients. This is a full time position, approximately 36 hours per week, generally Monday through Thursday. It is a long-term position for a career oriented person. Basic Job Requirements Proven sales ability Ability to present and sell treatment plans and make financial arrangements Must be able to educate parents and patients on the benefits of orthodontic treatment- both braces and Invisalign Ability to build rapport and trust with people Must have an upbeat, positive personality that is focused on Patient Care and Teamwork Professional attitude and appearance Ability to work independently and as a member of our team Strong communication, written, organizational and multi-tasking skills Ability to demonstrate accuracy in spelling and basic math Please reply with a brief letter that describes in detail how your talents and work experience allow you to fulfill our requirements.
