Duties include, but are not limited to: Greet patients warmly, manage high-volume incoming phone calls with professionalism, and efficiency Scheduling and patient registration Verifying insurance benefits and obtaining authorizations Checking patients in and collecting payment Communicating office policies and procedures clearly and professionally Addressing patient questions and concerns with empathy and efficiency Facilitating smooth operations between the front office and the clinical staff Keeping a clean and orderly workspace Assisting with additional administrative duties as needed
