PHYSICAL THERAPIST
| Western Slope of Colorado | Full Time | Relocation Welcome 8 patients. 60 minute evals. 45 minute follow ups. Zero overlap. This is the outpatient seat you thought didn't exist anymore, in a place worth moving for. Pure 1:1 orthopedic care on Colorado's Western Slope, inside an integrated advanced primary care health center backed by a national leader in employer sponsored care. The Practice True integrated medicine, under one roof. An outpatient physical therapy practice operating in conjunction with an advanced primary care clinic, where patients move seamlessly between physical therapy, primary care, behavioral health, and medical massage on a shared care plan. Your PT colleagues bring deep manual therapy and orthopedic specialty experience, with OCS, COMT, and DPT credentials at the bench. The broader care team includes a PA Health Center Director leading primary care, a Licensed Professional Counselor for behavioral health, a Medical Massage Therapist, and MA support. Real collaboration, real outcomes, a model that rewards clinical excellence over throughput. The Role Deliver individualized musculoskeletal care from evaluation through discharge. Therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, patient education, ergonomic assessments, and injury prevention, all in your hands. Full autonomy to practice at the top of your license, alongside peers who can match your clinical depth. The Comp Compensation like this in Colorado for 1:1 practice is unheard of. $130,000 plus, with a benefits package that includes free primary care, mental health, and health coaching for you and your family. 401(k) with employer match and vesting. Active Colorado Physical Therapy license, or eligibility to obtain one with our support. Three plus years of outpatient experience. Current BLS.
