Join the Vail Health Patient Care Unit and become part of a collaborative, high-performing team in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. As our 38-bed Patient Care Unit—the largest inpatient unit in the hospital—you'll care for a diverse population of medical and surgical patients of all ages, from local community members to visitors from around the world. The variety of diagnoses and patient needs creates a dynamic environment where every shift offers new opportunities to learn and grow. Our nurses work within a unified staffing model, providing consistent patient assignments across day and night shifts while fostering teamwork and shared accountability. Supported by engaged leadership available 24/7, you'll join a team dedicated to collaboration, excellence, and exceptional patient care. Work just three 12-hour shifts every six weeks, including one night shift, while earning PRN and night shift differentials. Affordable PRN condo housing is available directly across the street from the hospital, making it easy to work while enjoying everything the Vail Valley has to offer.
