The Patient Care Representative works directly under the supervision of the site manager. Their primary role is to act as a advocate for the patient to ensure that the patient has the best experience possible while coming to physical therapy. scheduling patients sharing and explaining insurance benefit information with the patient surveying and tracking patients to identify successes and areas where a patient needs a little more support interacting with our team of physical therapists to ensure the best experience for our patients leading in office tasks to help improve patient engagement with staff communicating daily with our the front desk coordinator to gather any necessary administrative updates for the patient sharing office highlights and success stories on our company social media sites identifying community events that may be a good opportunity for our team of physical therapists to share their talents outside of our office with the community The ideal candidate for our Farmington office will be able to multitask and work well as part of a team.
