Job Description
Medical Office Coordinator needed for a rapidly growing psychiatric practice. Job duties will range from patient check in, answering phones, handling medication requests, and assisting with payment collections. We are looking for a friendly, personable, and highly reliable individual with a strong work ethic. The right candidate will have the following skills and experience: One year or more working experience in medical practice. Medical reception services, payment collection, scheduling, answering phones. Highly organized and efficient with great time management skills. Excellent writing, communication, and multi-tasking skills. Able to interact in a friendly and professional manner with both patients and colleagues in a high-volume practice. Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Familiarity with EMR and PM software. The candidate must be able to work on a schedule from Monday to Friday.
