Do you love helping people and making a difference in healthcare? ThrIVewell Infusion is looking for compassionate, organized, and patient-focused individuals to join our Patient Care team. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will serve as a primary point of contact for patients throughout their infusion therapy journey, ensuring they receive exceptional service, clear communication, and a seamless experience from start to finish. What You'll Do:
Serve as a dedicated point of contact for patients throughout the referral, scheduling, and treatment process. Keep patients informed of their treatment status, appointment details, and next steps. Assist patients with navigating the infusion process and answer non-clinical questions. Coordinate with internal clinical, pharmacy, and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience. Provide exceptional customer service and support while maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance standards. Help identify and resolve patient concerns in a timely and professional manner.
