Job Description
About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and service-oriented WIC Nutrition Aide to join the WIC team at Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center. Reporting to the WIC Site Nutritionist, this role provides nutrition education and support to low-risk child participants while ensuring accurate and timely documentation. The position also supports the WIC certification process and contributes to a welcoming, respectful experience for participants throughout their interactions with the program. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication, organizational, customer service, and clerical skills who thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable communicating with participants both orally and in writing, managing multiple administrative responsibilities, scheduling appointments, responding to phone calls, and supporting the delivery of WIC services in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center.
