Newtown Smile Dentistry & Newtown Pediatric & Special Needs is looking for a warm, organized, and enthusiastic Patient Care Coordinator to be the first smile our patients see (and hear!). As the heart of our front office, you'll help create an exceptional experience from the very first phone call through every visit. We're a privately owned, technology-driven dental practice providing cosmetic, restorative, surgical, pediatric, and special needs dentistry in a welcoming, patient-first environment. You'll join a close-knit team of 25-30 caring professionals who genuinely enjoy working together, supporting one another, and making a difference in our patients' lives every day. ️ Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday What You'll Be Doing As our Patient Care Coordinator, you'll help keep the practice running smoothly by: Answering phones and scheduling appointments Verifying insurance eligibility and submitting claims Collecting payments and helping patients understand their insurance benefits Coordinating communication between the front and back office teams Greeting patients and ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and comfortable Serving as the coordinator of first impressions and helping create an outstanding patient experience We're Looking For Someone Who... Has at least 1 year of dental front office experience (preferred) Is motivated, personable, and eager to learn—we're happy to train the right candidate!
