Position Summary We are hiring licensed Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) in Florida to deliver hands-on therapeutic support under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Whether you're seeking consistent hours or flexible scheduling, we offer opportunities tailored to your needs. Key Responsibilities Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by a Physical Therapist Monitor and document resident progress and response to treatment Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe movement techniques Communicate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with Florida state and federal guidelines Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program Current Florida PTA license (required) Senior living or similar experience preferred Ability to be accredited by all insurance payers CPR certification (as required by facility or state guidelines) Strong communication and documentation skills Compassionate, team-oriented, and resident-focused mindset What We Offer (Full-Time):
