Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinical Patient Access Representative. As a Clinical Patient Access Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Clinical Patient Access Representative position is tailored towards individuals with experience in the clinical setting who are looking to transition from hands-on clinical environments to an interactive desk-based role.Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns
- Enter customer data accurately into the system using data entry skills
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to meet call center goals and objectives
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies
- Follow call center scripts and guidelines to provide consistent service
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology or experience in a medical office is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
