Job Description

Vitral Orthodontics is a high-tech, state of the art specialty practice. We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to join our team. We have only one office located in Casselberry, Fl and we are focused on exceptional patient care. We are seeking a high energy, self motivated Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
Greet and register patients with a warm, professional manner. Answer and direct multiple incoming phone lines simultaneously. Efficiently book and confirm patient appointments. Collect payments, process transactions, verify insurance eligibility Complete operational tasks on both patient and non-patient days.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required. Strong multitasking abilities and exceptional customer service skills. Positive attitude, high enthusiasm, and a collaborative team spirit. Comfortable handling payments and discussing financial balances. Front desk or office assistant experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person!
Schedule:
Fulltime position, 4 days per week. You will work an average of 32 hours per week. No weekends included.
Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
