$20.00 - $23.50 / hour Seeking a smiling face to provide excellent customer service. Hospital or Medical Office experience a plus! Must be able to work a flexible schedule, 8 hour shifts 2-3 days per week. Some weekends and holidays included. A current resume is required for best consideration. Benefits are available. Starting pay rate is $20 per hour or otherwise dependent on experience as discussed during interview process. Summary Serves as a liaison between the patient, family, hospital staff and physicians to ensure a favorable patient experience and efficient coordination of unit flow. Responsible for a variety of clerical and non-clerical duties that support the overall operations of the nursing unit as well as the optimal delivery of care within the health system. Routinely engaged in identifying, elevating and providing alternative solutions to challenges to appropriate personnel. Provides timely information to decision-making personnel.
