Green Cove Springs, Florida Job Requirements Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) credential At least 1 year of recent PTA experience preferred Experience in an inpatient, rehab, hospital-based, or long-term acute care setting is a plus Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative therapy team Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) documentation preferred Strong communication, organization, and patient care skills Responsibilities Assist the physical therapist in delivering patient-centered treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, gait training, and functional activity support Monitor patient response and communicate observations to the therapy team Document treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner Support patients in making measurable progress toward rehabilitation goals Maintain a safe, professional, and encouraging treatment environment Why Green Cove Springs, FL?
