About Us:
Xclusive Senior Day Care Center is a licensed adult day care facility in Hialeah serving seniors in need of daytime supervision, socialization, and therapeutic activities. We are growing and looking for a dedicated professional to join our team.The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Intake Coordinator who will serve as the primary point of contact for seniors and their families. You will manage the full intake process, from the first phone call through enrollment, while maintaining strong relationships with current clients and their caregivers.What You Will Do:
- Conduct intake assessments with seniors and families
- Confirm and schedule appointments and facility tours
- Follow up with prospective clients after visits and encourage them to come into the center
- Guide families through the enrollment process from start to finish
- Manage client records and communications in our CRM system
- Coordinate with the care team on daily scheduling and capacity
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy
What We Are Looking For:
- Bilingual Spanish/English fluency (required)
- 1+ year experience in senior care, healthcare, or social services
- CRM or electronic health records experience
- Excellent communication skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to connect with elderly adults and their families
- High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
Pay:
