32763 Welcomes patients and conducts check-in with required forms. Updates patient information and makes changes in the electronic medical record platform. Manages medical records, routing documents to clinical team members for review, and uploading documents into the electronic medical record platform. Assists new patients with paperwork. Schedules appointments within the electronic medical records platform. Maintains an effective operational flow by communicating member status to appropriate team members and keeping patient apprised. Helps enroll members into portal and assists with other tech related needs Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Pay Range:
