Job Duties Collaborate with faculty as needed to develop and evaluate educational cases, rubrics, and clinical encounters for various health professions Monitor and grade student performance on patient encounters and interprofessional education (IPE) submissions Train and provide feedback to Standardized Patients (SPs) to ensure consistency and quality in educational activities Organize and conduct community outreach programs and provide faculty development sessions focused on simulation Manage the daily operations of the Simulation Lab, Clinical Exam Center, and Clinical Skills Lab. Set up, break down, and assist with simulation exercises, Objective Structured Clinical Evaluations (OSCEs), and Standardized Patient Encounters (SPEs).
