Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate care and support to cardiology patients throughout their treatment journey. Assist in the preparation and administration of cardiac monitoring equipment. Educate patients on cardiac health, monitoring procedures, and lifestyle modifications. Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up communications to ensure continuity of care. Document patient interactions and monitor vital signs accurately. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Respond to patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification in healthcare or patient care preferred. Experience in cardiology or related healthcare field is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff. Proficient in using medical equipment and technology. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional patient care. Empathetic demeanor with a passion for helping others. Basic knowledge of medical terminology and cardiology practices. Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
