Provide professional and compassionate experience to potential clients. Follow a proven sales script to qualify leads and guide them through the intake process. Accurately complete electronic intake forms. Obtain signatures on required legal documents (your "close"). Track follow-ups and manage your lead pipeline. ________________________________________ What We're Looking For 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (phone-based preferred). Bilingual in English and Spanish or Haitian Creole (required). Excellent communication and people skills. Comfortable talking on the phone for most of the day. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable. Able to work weekends as needed.
