Their corporate office is based in Rhode Island, serving a vibrant community of automotive enthusiasts and customers. Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Automotive Registration Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and staff alike, managing vehicle registration processes with efficiency and professionalism. Your organizational skills and customer service expertise will ensure smooth operations at our dealership's front desk. Duties Process all new and used vehicle titles and registrations in and out of state Utilize DMV online system(s) Submit all legal transfer work to the DMV Verify that funds have been collected and correct lien holder has been listed Maintain inventory pertaining to plates, stickers, odometer statements and POA's Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Prior automotive industry experience and DMV required Possesses effective verbal and written communication skills as well as focused and dependable Meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and multi-task in a fast past environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Must be able to work in a team environment Join us to be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while advancing your career in automotive administration.
