Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our primary care team in Palm Harbor, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in an outpatient setting providing comprehensive care to patients across the full lifespan. You will work as part of a collaborative care team focused on prevention, chronic disease management, and building long-term patient relationships in a supportive clinical environment. Schedule & Practice Highlights Outpatient-only primary care Monday-Friday schedule No weekends No on-call responsibilities Full-spectrum patient care (pediatrics, adults, geriatrics) Strong clinical and administrative support Collaborative, team-based practice model Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning Manage acute and chronic medical conditions Provide preventive care, screenings, and health education Order and interpret diagnostic testing as needed Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant Studies (PA) Active Florida license or eligibility to obtain Active DEA registration or ability to obtain Primary care or outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus opportunity Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Employer-paid malpractice coverage Why Join Sanitas?
