Description Veterinary Technician Day & Evening Pet Hospital | Palm Harbor , FL Day & Evening Pet Hospital is looking for a compassionate, skilled, and team-oriented Veterinary Technician to join our growing team! We are a busy, full-service veterinary hospital and surgical center providing medical, surgical, dental, and preventative care for dogs and cats. Our technicians work closely with our veterinarians to provide exceptional patient care in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care. Assist veterinarians with appointments, treatments, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry. Perform venipuncture, catheter placement, laboratory procedures, radiology, anesthesia monitoring, and other technician duties. Monitor hospitalized and surgical patients. Educate clients on medications, treatments, and preventative care. Maintain accurate medical records and follow hospital protocols. Support an efficient, organized, and positive hospital environment. Work as part of a team to deliver an excellent experience for patients, clients, and coworkers. Why Day & Evening? Three 12-hour shifts with rotating Saturdays.
Extended hours:
Monday-Friday 8 AM-8 PM and Saturday 8 AM-2 PM. Opportunities to build and expand your clinical skills in a full-service hospital and surgical center. What We're Looking For Licensed/Certified Veterinary Technician preferred; experienced veterinary technicians working toward credentialing are encouraged to apply.
