Job Description
The Admissions Coordinator processes all incoming applications, including requests for documentation, tracking missing documentation, and ensuring applications are complete and ready for committee review. Communicates with applicants and providers regarding required documents and maintains accurate records in CRM (IWDR). The Admissions Coordinator manages applicant intake, documentation tracking, and committee preparation to ensure a smooth and compliant admissions process.

Receive and process applications for all programs Answer incoming phone calls relating to applications and the Admissions process Request, collect and track provider forms Follow up with providers regarding missing documents Follow up with applicants regarding missing documents (after provider follow up is exhausted) Upload and maintain accurate records in CRM (IWDR) Ensure all files are complete, accurate and ready for committee 1st review Monitor approved applicant Facebook page - respond to any questions that relate to Admissions

Responsibility for Money This job has no responsibility for developing, overseeing or monitoring a budget. This job is responsible for property such as dog equipment, a laptop, desktop computer, and printer. Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before members of the public, volunteers, and other employees. Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate proportions, percentages, and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, and proportions to practical situations. Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram/chart, or schedule form.
