Responsibilities:
- Supports front desk operations in a busy physician's office
- Performing all duties related to revenue cycle operations
- Check-in/check-out
- Collecting payments
- Scheduling appointments
- Handling patient inquiries
- Scheduling procedures/surgeries
- Entering orders, and utilizing various computer programs to manage schedules
- Handle patient issues
- Record patient information and various other administrative support duties
- Role requires utilizing multiple computer systems, multi-tasking, critical thinking skills to track, follow up, and ensure task completion
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Required 6 months of healthcare
- Or 6 months of Customer Service
- Required High School or Equivalent
