Job description Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our Plantation, Florida medical center. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages-from pediatrics through geriatrics-while practicing in a collaborative, value-based care environment. At Sanitas, our physicians are supported by an integrated care model that combines advanced technology, multidisciplinary care teams, and strong clinical resources to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care while building lasting relationships with the communities we serve. Position Highlights 100% outpatient primary care Care for patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics Monday-Friday schedule with alternating shifts every two weeks: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM 10:00 AM-6:00 PM One Saturday every four weeks (8:00 AM-4:00 PM) No on-call responsibilities No hospital rounding Collaborative, multidisciplinary care team Value-based care model focused on prevention and quality outcomes Strong clinical and administrative support Established patient panel with the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships Modern technology and integrated clinical resources Physician Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies Educate patients and families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) Participate in quality improvement initiatives that support value-based care and exceptional patient outcomes Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain Fluency in both English and Spanish required Strong communication, teamwork, and patient relationship-building skills Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care Previous outpatient primary care experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance-based incentive bonus Sign-on bonus available Relocation assistance available Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan Employer-paid malpractice coverage CME allowance and paid CME time Professional growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding healthcare organization Why Join Sanitas Medical Center?
