Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) for our Port Charlotte clinic. This role is best suited for someone who has already worked in a chiropractic office and understands how to manage front desk operations, patient flow, scheduling, and administrative support in that environment.
Important:
We are specifically looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience working in a chiropractic office. Candidates without direct chiropractic office experience may not be considered. Essential Duties Welcome patients and visitors professionally in person and by phone Schedule patients efficiently while helping maintain provider flow and patient satisfaction Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, phone coverage, and paperwork Retrieve, update, and maintain accurate patient records Support intake processes and ensure required documentation is completed correctly Collect patient payments and verify financial information as needed Communicate patient arrivals and scheduling updates to the care team Help keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly throughout the day Maintain the waiting area and front office in a clean and professional condition Monitor office supplies and submit orders as needed What We're Looking For At least 1 year of experience in a chiropractic office is required Prior experience in a PCC, front desk, or patient coordination role within a chiropractic setting Strong understanding of chiropractic office flow, patient scheduling, and front desk responsibilities Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic Professional, friendly, and confident communication with patients and staff Strong organizational and follow-through skills Comfortable managing phones, scheduling, paperwork, and patient-facing responsibilities at the same time Spanish required Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of chiropractic office experience required Experience in a chiropractic office is especially valuable for success in this position.
