We are seeking an experienced Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in a fast-paced surgical practice that values teamwork, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism Answer and manage incoming phone calls Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments Register new patients and maintain accurate records Perform post-operative follow-up calls Assist with treatment coordination and patient flow Communicate with patients, referring offices, and team members Complete administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and faxing Skills Minimum 3 years of dental front office/reception experience (Required) Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Oral surgery or specialty dental experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but English is a must What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time (36+ hours/week) 401(k) with employer match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off Employee discounts Supportive team environment with opportunities for professional growth If you are passionate about patient care and are looking for a long-term opportunity with a respected Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice, we'd love to hear from you.
