This model empowers physicians to build meaningful patient relationships, spend more time with each individual, and practice medicine the way it was meant to be practicedwithout RVU pressure. We welcome physicians with Value-Based Care (VBC) experience as well as those eager to learn.

Compensation & Incentives Base Salary:

$235,000$270,000 (commensurate with experience & location)

Commencement Bonus:

$40,000$60,000+ (varies by clinic)

Annual Performance Bonus:

20% of base salary Full Benefits on Day 1

Occurrence-based coverage

Relocation Assistance:
