  • $22 an hour 23 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Paid time off On-the-job training 401(k) matching Employee discount Qualifications Microsoft Word Intake High school diploma or GED Conflict management QuickBooks Adobe Acrobat Editing Full Job Description Work Environment Our work environment includes: Safe work environment Modern office setting Relaxed atmosphere Casual work attire On-the-job training Quarterly bonuses as long as the firm has made a profit for the quarter Primary Purposes of this Job make sure visitors and callers feel welcomed, heard, understood, cared for, and comfortable do all appointment scheduling through Intake/CRM Program keep up with all interactions with Potential New Client's (PNC's) in our Intake/CRM Program and keep up with all interactions with current clients in Case Management Program gather all documents and information needed for attorney-client appointments and prepare them for the attorney answer as many phone calls as possible; follow up with all new leads distribute all mail to the appropriate co-worker transfer all calls to the relevant co-worker and give co-worker basic who, what, why information before transferring call.
99% of the time our clients are dealing with one of the most stressful events of their life so being the first person in our office to meet them and make them feel cared for and understood should be very fulfilling. Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Technological Competency High School Diploma VoIP Phone System Experience Proficient with Microsoft Office; Proficient with Google Workspace Apps (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Group Emails); Experience with CRM Program. Competencies Ethics
