As a Medical Office Assistant, you will provide clerical duties in a physician practice setting. You will develop and maintain positive relationships with our patients, guests, other team members, and medical staff by striving for excellence in service and quality. - Gathering and entering appropriate information from the patient to ensure he/she is registered appropriately
- Obtaining necessary referrals, maintaining the medical record system, and posting payments
- Completing end-of-day procedures such as balancing daily deposits and cash drawer, and preparing bank deposits What you will need:
- 1 - 3 years' experience in a clerical or customer service role
